She has more recently completed a Master in Organisational Leadership at Monash University where she focused heavily on recent neuroscience research and its implications for executive learning and development.

On medium to large assignments Jo engages a range of Associates with a extensive skills and experience who are carefully matched to the very specific needs of the client.

Jo is also an Associate at the Melbourne Business School where she is both a program director for public and corporate programs at Mt Eliza Executive Education and an executive coach.
