Lunch and learn

Lunch and learn for leaders - held over 90 minutes - is a recent addition to the suite of workshops on offer at Jo Leonard and Associates. 

Topics include:

  • increasing resilience -practical tools and tactics
  • from manager to leader - how do you get there?
  • sustainable emotional intelligence - the what and the how
  • it's that time again! - reinvigorating your performance reviews
  • building a high performing team  - intentionally building a preferred team culture
  • providing quality performance feedback - the good, the bad and the ugly

The series has been developed in response to client requests for short sessions that provide leaders at different levels with the opportunity to "top up" their learning and potentially refocus or re-energise their own development without being away from the workplace for long periods of time. 

These are diverse sessions designed for groups of leaders at different levels, such as new supervisors and team leaders, middle managers and senior executive groups.

Sessions focus on increasing knowledge together with practical tactical strategies for the leader to take away and implement.  They also provide the opportunity for leaders to:

  • take some time and space to consider their strengths, style and approach within the area of focus
  • network across the organisation or within their own division, branch or service group
  • identify key tactics and strategies to implement within the workplace
  • Develop a realistic action plan
