We work collaboratively with our clients to fully appreciate the organisation's strategic intent, required key results and existing and desired culture. 

We then design the approach that will add the most value to the existing skills and knowledge. This is achieved predominantly through workshops and one on one executive coaching.

  • Development - key to any executive’s success is an acute and up to date understanding of his or her strengths, a commitment to ongoing learning and development and a practical action plan designed specifically to build skill/s and change behaviour
  • Retention - managers’ ability to identify and retain good performers is paramount to the success of any business, as are the tactics to motivate and engage them
  • Engagement - fully engaging staff and understanding what motivates them and enables them to work to their full potential. This is a significant opportunity for managers and one that is often ignored

We use a wide variety of tools and frameworks that can assist self awareness and provide a platform to enhance the executive's learning and skill development.

Some of these can include Myers-Briggs Type Indicator - EIR, Conflict Dynamics Profile, Team Management Index, Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation - Behaviour, LSI, HBDI,  Thomas Kilman Conflict Instrument, Leadership Practices Inventory, Hogan Personality Inventory, and Career Anchors.  We also use a range of 360 instruments or can design one specifically for use in your organisation.
