360° feedback is often part of coaching programs, but it can also be implemented as a stand alone initiative.

360° feedback and subsequent development plans let executives understand how others perceive them and can significantly increase self awareness.

If run as a stand alone process, our 360° program comprises two sessions, an initial session providing survey results feedback and a second session to design and agree key development strategies. These strategies will include practical tactics to build skill in the key areas identified by the 360° feedback.

We are accredited to deliver over ten different 360° tools and can design a unique solution tailored to one executive, an entire team, or the whole management group. Currently we are managing 360° programs for several organisations and have the capability to undertake large, organisation-wide 360° initiatives.

We can also provide annual 360° feedback check-ins for executives to verify progress against the targeted developmental areas.
