Effective Performance Discussions

A participant once said that having a performance discussion was the “most excruciating hour of his year!”  Not the intention of performance discussions to be sure but how they can often be perceived by both reviewer and reviewee.

These one day workshops are designed to assist managers prepare and conduct effective performance discussions that build on the relationship between the manager and staff member.
