This coaching program is designed to set the executive up for success in a new role or a potential new role in the near future. A cornerstone of the coaching process is the heightening of self awareness combined with a keen and logical understanding of others. This is consolidated with tools and tactics for the executive to use as appropriate in the leadership role within the workplace.

An aspect of this coaching is the use of a 360° instrument to track progress at the six or nine month mark so the executive can continue to refine and develop his or her leadership style.
