The Director Jo Leonard has previous qualifications and most recently has completed a Masters in Organisational Leadership at Monash University which she combines with her practical knowledge and wide experience. She focuses heavily on recent neuroscience research and its implications for executive learning to develop cutting edge tools and tactics to assist leaders more readily make successful behavioural shifts and enhance leadership skills.
Jo has over 12 years facilitation and coaching experience and has worked with leaders from hundreds of organisations in industries including finance and banking, professional services, IT, engineering, professional sports, manufacturing, media, resources and insurance as well as local state and federal governments.
Facilitation and coaching programs focusing on leadership development, team development and all aspects of performance management are the key areas clients hire Jo Leonard and Associates to work in. We also have a range of Associates with significant expertise in both group facilitation and executive coaching who work with Jo on medium to large assignments.
Jo is also an Associate at the Melbourne Business School where she is both a program director for public and corporate programs at Mt Eliza Executive Education and an executive coach.
