We utilise a range of tools including either MBTI® or HBDI® profiles as a base to assist understanding of personalities, communication styles and preferences. The workshop focuses on managing the different team members, developing a high performing culture and ensuring accountabilities are understood and business outcomes achieved.

MBTI® is designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions.

HBDI® describes the degree of preference individuals have for thinking in each of the four brain quadrants, as depicted by the Herrmann Whole Brain® Model.
