Team Development Workshops

Jo Leonard and Associates work with teams from all industries and at all stages of development.  These include high performing teams who want to move from "good to great", teams who are starting a new project and want to set themselves up for success and teams who may have met some road blocks including communication and conflict issues and needing some time out and a process to unblock and move forward. 

Areas such as commitment and accountability, understanding others' styles, team stages and team culture can all feature in a team development workshop. 

We have access to a range of team tools including MBTI, HBDI, Thomas Kilman Conflict Instrument and Belbin that can be utlilised to achieve the desired outcomes.  A team audit can also be conducted that can report on the perceptions of the team from within the team.

This can occur through one or two workshops.  Coaching is also available to the leader of the team.  All sessions include the development and agreement of defined actions and outcomes to be implemented after the workshop.
