Team Development Workshops

At Jo Leonard & Associates, we work with you to resolve the unique challenges of your team. We engage, discuss, challenge and work with the team to improve individual and group performance.

Areas teams often need to focus on include:

  • taking time out to consider how the team is currently performing and area to change/improve;
  • how a high performing teams can move from ‘good to great’;
  • starting a new project setting the team up for success; and
  • identifying and removing ‘road blocks’ to successful performance.

Improved outcomes and behaviors include:

  • Enhanced self awareness and better understanding of others in the team;
  • Open discussions on how the team operates and how team dynamics can be improved;
  • Better communication channels across the team and with key stakeholders; and
  • Clarity and ‘buy in’ of the culture the team wants to develop.

With all team workshops we allow the team to engage, discuss current issues, move forward with practical actions and have some fun on the way.

We use the MBTI and HBDI tools to enhance self awareness and understanding of others’ styles and preferences.

Duration: One to two days, with two x 2-hour team coaching follow up sessions.

We also work with teams in need of a Professional Development Day to update knowledge and expertise in leadership or related topics, such as emotional and social intelligence or mindful leadership.
