When the leader has the opportunity to take time out to consider how he or she currently approaches performance management, the result is often a re-energised and refreshed approach to the subject.  At Jo Leonard and Associates we design workshops particularly with this notion in mind, providing practising managers with new tools and strategies together with an opportunity to work on current workplace performance management dilemmas and challenges. 

These workshops are especially designed for organisational clients (rather than a public workshop), where we can highlight the organisation's defined philosophy for managing performance and build on any work previously done in the area of managing performance.

Often this training is delivered together with the opportunity for some one on one coaching sessions to assist leaders through specific performance challenges.
